3, in the ultrasonic cleaning process must wear insulating gloves.

4, cleaning objects can not be directly placed on the bottom of the cylinder, so as not to affect the cleaning effect, should be placed in a special cleaning basket or zero loading method.

5. The height of the cleaning liquid will also affect the cleaning quality, so the best position of the cleaning position of different objects should be explored (note: the volume ratio of the cleaning liquid to the cleaning tank is 3/4).

6, do not turn on the cylinder when there is no cleaning liquid, so as not to damage the transducer.

7. When not in use for a long time, the machine should be kept in a dry place.

8. Put the workpiece tray into the ultrasonic cleaning tank for liquid cleaning.

9, the working time is 1-2 minutes, manual cleaning - gently clean the workpiece surface with tools (nylon brush), to ensure that the workpiece surface and the inner hole clean (note: if there are impurities in the hole, spray with high pressure gas, and then put into the cleaning solution for cleaning).

10, prevent the workpiece in the cleaning process of scratching the surface and loss, to ensure the integrity of the number of workpiece.

Two, matters needing attention

1, the cleaning machine should be placed in clean, dry and no strong corrosive gas and environment, and avoid violent vibration. 

2, the generator back should have enough heat dissipation space.

3. Ensure that the machine has good grounding to avoid personal injury accidents.

4. When the cleaning machine is working, do not immerse your fingers in the cleaning liquid.

5. It is strictly forbidden to start the machine under no-load condition. Before starting the machine, the cleaning liquid must be poured into the cleaning tank according to the liquid level specified in the operation instructions.

6. The cleaned object shall not contact the bottom of the tank, and it is recommended to clean the workpiece in the basket.

7. The temperature of the cleaning liquid will rise with the continuous working time, and the continuous working time of the cleaning machine shall not exceed 8 hours.

8, cleaning liquid shall not be strong acid or strong alkaline, in the absence of reliable safety measures, can not use flammable solution.

9, if it is found that the cleaning tank is leaking, it should be shut down immediately, and empty the cleaning liquid and contact the seller.

10. After cleaning the cleaning machine with heating device, the heater must be turned off before the cleaning liquid is cooled and then the cleaning liquid is emptied.
